Management Consultation
Our management consultations are designed to give managers the tools needed to confront and handle challenging employee situations before they adversely affect productivity and workplace climate.

Supervisory Referrals
If normal supervisory corrective actions do not result in improved performance, Lifestyle EAP provides employers with the ability to refer troubled employees for support to address their job performance issues.

Leadership Development
Lifestyle EAP empowers offers professional enrichment opportunities. From time management strategies to performance evaluations, Lifestyle EAP can help managers and supervisors strengthen their leadership skills.

Consultation/Training on Drug-Free Workplace
Reduce workers’ compensation costs by implementing a Drug-Free Workplace program. Lifestyle EAP can help design and implement a plan that meets the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation requirements.

On-Site Services
Lifestyle EAP provides on-site services including critical incident stress management services, grief and bereavement support, customized training and quarterly lunch-and-learns.

Utilization Reviews
Lifestyle EAP provides activity reports that include statistics related to self or supervisory referrals, employee or client demographics, type and length of service, and problem identification and outcome. Employee confidentiality is always protected, but managers will receive meaningful information necessary in evaluating the program’s effectiveness.

Employee Services

Lifestyle EAP is an employer-prepaid program, so there is no charge to access these employee services once the company is a member of Lifestyle EAP.

Counseling Services
Each year, approximately 5% to 10% of employees will take advantage of the Lifestyle EAP short-term, problem resolution-oriented counseling services. The employee and therapist will work together in an attempt to resolve the identified issues within the sessions provided through the Lifestyle EAP benefit.

Referral Service
If a referral is made, every effort will be made to ensure that it is the most cost-effective and appropriate resource available.

24-Hour Clinical Support
If employees and their family members are ever in need of urgent support after business hours, they can contact the hotline and be connected to a licensed professional over the phone within 15 minutes of calling.

Eldercare Support Benefit
Lifestyle EAP offers those caring for an elderly patient personal and confidential referrals, education, support and follow-up services to help with issues such as living arrangements, meal preparation, personal care, quality healthcare providers, transportation needs and caregiver relief. The benefit also includes a discount on services provided by Home Instead Senior Care, one of the most trusted non-medical home care providers for seniors.

Financial Wellness Benefit
Lifestyle EAP has partnered with Preferred Financial Services to provide support to employees facing financial challenges. Individuals and their dependents can access two financial planning sessions and participate in seminars and workshops.

Legal Consultation
Legal issues can significantly impact an employee’s health. Through Lifestyle EAP, they have access to a free legal consultation that will point employees in the right direction.

Childcare and Education Consultations
Lifestyle EAP has partnered with Workplace Options to provide employees with consultation service for childcare and education needs. Sessions include recommendations for licensed child care and family day care centers, nannies, before and after school programs, summer camps, tutoring and support for special-needs children.

Lifestyle EAP provides parents considering adoption with financial and legal advice, as well as referrals to advocacy groups and support networks.

Managers and employees will receive company login and password to access a dynamic Web presence that links them directly to the expert resources provided by the Cleveland Clinic.
