Q: How much does it cost?
A: Lifestyle EAP is an employer-prepaid program so there is no charge when employees or their family members access services. However, if a referral is made for services outside of the program, the employee will be responsible for any charges not covered by their health plan.

Q: When and how can employees access Lifestyle EAP?
A: Lifestyle EAP is here whenever employees need us. Counseling appointments can be conveniently schedule during the day or evening, Monday through Saturday. And a crisis phone service is available 24/7 at 1-800-989-3277.
